About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Applications Specialist to join our dynamic Technology Team at Haringey Council. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key corporate business applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed service agreements, ensuring minimal disruption and loss of service. You will be responsible for providing technical support and collaborate with colleagues and users to investigate operational issues and implement solutions that improve application use and processes. Additionally, you will perform tasks associated with the upgrades, review releases, testing, maintenance, and operation of applications. You will also be responsible for developing and updating technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, for end users and the support team.
Your role will involve staying up to date with the latest technological advancements, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to contribute to the organisation’s success.
