Online Application Steps
All of our vacancies are advertised here, together with planned interview dates. Our online application form is easy to use and should take no more than five minutes. If you want to spend longer on it that’s fine. You might decide to include a person statement for instance. You’ll be able to come back and complete your application at a later stage if you need more time.
If you don’t see a role that matches what you’re looking for right now, please join our talent pool by clicking the “apply to be part of our Talent Pool” link on our careers page.
Tell us about the type of roles you are interested in and we’ll notify you if they become available. Please keep checking our website, though, as new roles we won’t have recruited for will appear often, and they may be of interest.
Recruiter Sift
After the closing date, a recruiter will review your application. This initial screen will be against the role’s criteria and suitable applications will be passed on to the hiring manager. We’ll let you know whether or not you’ve been successful.
Hiring Manager Shortlist
The hiring manager will create a shortlist of applicants. This will be based on the qualifications, experience and skills the role needs. Either way, we’ll let you know the outcome.
Interview
These will either be virtual or in person. Your invitation will tell you everything you need to know, including who will interviewing you and any tasks you need to prepare for. If you need any support with reasonable adjustments, please let us know
Psychometric Assessments
These are needed for some roles. Usually, they involve an online questionnaires which help us understand if you’re a good match with our values. More detailed information will be provided if the need arises.
Compliance and Vetting
If you’re successful, we’ll carry any checks we need before you join us. These will vary from role to role but will include right-to-work checks and references. For some, we may need a DBS check (see the Haringey DBS policy (PDF, 128KB)), driving license check or professional bodies verification. Others may call for further checks specific to certain roles. But we’ll tell your about these and support you through the process.
