National Graduate Development Programme
Impact is a two-year graduate management development programme. It’s run by the Local Government Association (LGA) and gives graduates the chance to experience working in local government, and make a positive impact on communities. At Haringey, we are proud to offer a wide range of brilliant placements, and have a large network of current and past Impact graduates. We offer a competitive salary and structured training. This includes the chance to study for a leadership and management qualification. If you’re interested in applying, the process starts in September. You can find out more about the NGDP programme on the NGDP website.
