About the role

 As a Parking Systems Support and Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Parking Services team. Your duties will include providing management information, producing top-quality analytics, developing performance reports, supporting data returns, and delivering valuable parking information to stakeholders. You’ll also take the lead in managing Parking IT projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and exploring emerging technologies.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who has knowledge of TSL Taranto Parking Software, is highly numerate and literate and possess strong Microsoft Excel Skills with a basic knowledge of a coding language such as SQL, Python, R, VBA.

You will also need experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical software packages and the ability to present complex information to a range of audiences.
