• Embraces learning as a challenging and lifelong journey, because we show them how to love growth and resilience.
• Feels proud of their unique identity, because we celebrate difference.

Lancasterian Primary is a thriving two-form entry school in the heart of Tottenham. We are proud of our diverse, inclusive, and welcoming learning community. Our leadership team is driven by a clear vision: to ensure all children and adults at our school have the opportunity to thrive and achieve excellence.

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and caring After School Club Assistants to support our nursery-aged pupils before and after school. This is a wonderful opportunity to help shape a positive and nurturing end to the children’s day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of nursery children during breakfast and after school sessions.
• Support structured indoor and outdoor play activities.
• Encourage social interaction and positive behaviour.
• Create a warm and engaging wraparound care experience.
• Work closely with a small group of children with a range of needs and abilities.
• Report directly to the Assistant Head Teacher for EYFS and work under the general direction of SLT.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is required to lead a before or after-school club.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and vibrant staff team and contribute to the development of our youngest learners in a supportive setting.
