About the role

This role will be delivering the development of a professional, high-quality, accurate, and customer-focused Human Resources Management Information (HRMI) solution using PowerBI. The solution will support management decision-making enabling us to securely share valuable HR data. You will source data, analyse, design, and implement solutions across the HR service to meet current and future customer needs.

This is a Fixed Term project position critical for delivering a transformed HRMI.

About the team

Working closely with 2 HRIS Data Analysts you will be supporting the development of their knowledge, skills and ideas while working collaboratively to design and implement the project deliverables. The development of our Data Analysts with PowerBI, data analysis and presentation skills is a key project objective.

Digital colleagues will support on corporate solution requirements and our systems environment challenges.

About you

You have extensive PowerBI experience in developing, implementing, and supporting PowerBI solutions. You have the proven you can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and have the tenacity to deliver the transformation of our HR management information.  Experience developing SQL to support solutions will highly valuable. You have extensive experience of developing skills and understanding of team members and colleagues. 

Your best practice knowledge supports your solutions for critical issues, challenges and informs your approach to data analysis/presentation. Your capacity to develop positive productive relationships quickly, alongside your enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to deliver solutions on time will be critical for this role.
