About the Team

The Feedback and Resolutions Team is a dedicated team within the Culture, Strategy & Engagement Directorate. This team plays a critical role in managing and resolving feedback from residents and other stakeholders, ensuring that the organisation continuously improves its service delivery.

The Feedback and Resolutions Team is essential in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organisation. They ensure that resident and stakeholder feedback is not only addressed but also used as a valuable tool for enhancing service delivery.

 

About You

  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: You are someone who takes initiative and pays close attention to detail, ensuring that all feedback is handled meticulously.
  • Excellent Communicator: With strong written and verbal communication skills, you can convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Empathetic and Supportive: You understand the importance of empathy in resolving complaints and are committed to providing exceptional support to both residents and colleagues.
  • Analytical Thinker: Your ability to analyse data and identify trends will be crucial in driving improvements and achieving our service delivery goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT systems is essential, as you will be using various tools to manage and track feedback processes.
