About the role

Are you skilled contracts manager ideally working within the parking sector? The postholder will provide technical support and expertise on the commissioning, procurement, implementation, and ongoing management of parking service contracts, and service levels agreements. This includes the Parking Management IT System and Parking Removal contracts as well as contracts for Body Worn Cameras, Civil Enforcement Officer Handhelds and the Enforcement Agent Service Level Agreement.

 

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a track record of mobilising contracts, directly managing contracts, skilled at contract negotiations and reading and understanding contacts.

In addition you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the full procurement and contract award process, stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to foster relationships with suppliers and adopt a partnership approach to contract management that achieves excellence in service delivery.
