Hours of work: Full Time (36 hours) considered – Term Time Only

We are seeking to recruit an organised, proactive and highly professional PA to the Headteacher / School Administrator to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional administrator who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to supporting the work of a vibrant primary school community.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many parents/carers, staff, governors and visitors, offering a warm welcome and high-quality support. You will provide confidential PA support to the Headteacher while also being an integral part of the wider administration team.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Communicates with clarity, professionalism and sensitivity.
- Can work independently, prioritising a demanding workload with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Has excellent IT skills.
