About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Apprentice to join our team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. During your apprenticeship you will spend time across our teams including HR Operations, Onboarding & Compliance, Payroll and HR Information & System support team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience providing first-line advice on HR policies and processes, maintaining accurate employee data in SAP HR/Payroll systems, and supporting the resolution of pay-related queries. You will also assist with escalating and handing over customer queries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
As part of your development, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals to identify process improvements, enhance customer experiences, and support the training and induction of HR team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional and supportive team, all while building a strong foundation for your career in HR.

About You

To be successful in this role, candidates should ideally have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent), along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will need to effectively engage with employees, managers, and other team members.
We are looking for someone with excellent teamwork and customer service skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, combined with a desire to develop and deliver first-class service, is key to succeeding in this role.
