Salary: £11,770.34 – £11,945.16
Contract Type: Part Time
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (3.00pm-6.30pm) 17.5 Hours – Term Time Only
Contract Term: Permanent

Campsbourne School is a popular and successful two form entry primary school in the London borough of Haringey. We are fortunate to be located on the boarders of Alexandra Palace Park and have substantial grounds which is allowing us to increase the capacity of our very popular After School and Holiday clubs. We have imaginative, creative and enthusiastic children who are eager to learn and a highly experienced and inspirational team who are dedicated to providing the best all round case for our children and a strong commitment to inclusive practice. We are seeking to appoint an After-School Club Playworker to join the existing team.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience of working with children
- Are highly motivated and energetic
- Can supervise and manage children’s behavior effectively
- Have high standards and expectations
- Relate to children with patience, kindness, firmness and good humor
- Someone who has excellent interpersonal social skills and qualities to innovate in the playground
- Can ensure that children’s time is safe and enjoyable
- Have the ability to play / initiate games
- Work with parents in a supportive manner
- Have a passion for helping children develop their social and emotional skills
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
- Enjoy working within a supportive staff team
