About the role
Haringey Adult Social Care are seeking two dynamic and experienced Team Managers to lead our Adult Services teams:
Adult Safeguarding Team Manager
Mental Health Team Manager
These are critical leadership positions responsible for driving high standards of practice, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, and delivering person-centred outcomes for adults in need of support. Each manager will oversee a team of 8 dedicated professionals, providing supervision, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate services.
About you
You are an accomplished leader with a strong track record in adult social care, safeguarding, or mental health services. You will bring:
- Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory frameworks, and best practice in safeguarding and mental health.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support staff to achieve excellence.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, ensuring clarity, accountability, and positive outcomes for service users.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and collaborative working with internal and external partners.
