Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Salary: : Scale 3 point5-10 :£28,521-£28,929/ Scale: 4 points 7-10 £29,346-£30,630 (pro rata) depending on experience

Hours of work: 30hrs (Monday- Fridays 9am-3.30pm ) – Term Time Only

Contract Term: Fixed Term Contract ending 31st August 2026 

Closing Date: 9am Tuesday, 22nd April 2025

Interviews: will be held on Friday, 25th April 2025

Start date :  To start May 2025 

We are seeking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCO to support the learning of a pupil with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) and trauma needs . Support plans are in place to guide learning and behaviour within a whole class setting as well as when working 1:1. Experience in working with children with special educational needs and trauma is essential.
