Salary: L9 – L13, £72,856 – £79,383 Per annum
Hours of work: Full Time (32.5 hours)
Contract Term: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our school’s inclusive practice. This is a key strategic role combining SENCO, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), and Autistic Resource Base (ARB) Lead responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with strong SEN experience who is committed to ensuring that every child is safe, supported, and able to thrive.
About the Role You Will:
- Lead SEND provision across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Act as the school’s SENCO, Deputy DSL, and ARB Lead.
- Help shape and deliver the school’s Inclusion Strategy.
- Lead multi-agency work.
- Manage and develop the ARB and Inclusion teams.
- Support staff to deliver high-quality inclusive practice.
- Work closely with families, external agencies, and the Local Authority.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a qualified teacher with strong primary SEN experience.
- Holds (or is willing to complete) the National Award for SEN Coordination.
- Has experience with EHCPs and multi-agency working.
- Has or is willing to undertake DSL training.
- Is a confident leader, organised, and child-centred.
- Is committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
