About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Commissioning Services team. This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality adult social care services that meet the needs of our community. You will oversee strategic commissioning, manage budgets effectively, and ensure services are person-centred, sustainable, and aligned with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage commissioning strategies for adult social care services.
• Develop strong partnerships with providers, stakeholders, and community organisations.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve best value.

• Proven experience in commissioning or service management within adult social care.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
