About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Team Manager who wants to make a difference to people’s lives in Haringey.
The key priorities for the roles are:
To manage, motivate and develop a team of staff to lead and support the successful implementation of our strength-based approach to all statutory duties under the Care Act, so that performance standards and outcomes are met in ways that demonstrate Haringey Values.
You will be expected to participate in management cover arrangements within the locality and across the other localities as required to meet service needs and to deputise for the Service manager, when required.
You will work with the other Team managers and service manager to ensure the new locality model is embedded and all the policies, procedures are implemented and effective.
About You
The post holder will need to show an ability to analyse relevant information and make independent professional decisions, have experience of managing staff at a relevant professional level. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate legal literacy and evidence good communication skills using various methods.
Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker. You should have a developed professional understanding and applied knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act principles, as well as other relevant legislation.
