A place that is proudly distinctive. We’ll be celebrating all this and more as the “rebel borough” when we are the 2027 London Borough of Culture.

Haringey’s people are a huge asset, with knowledge, expertise, and passion. Our staff members embody our organisational values: Caring, Creative, Courageous, Collaborative and Community-focused. These values keep us looking forward, ambitious for the future, and continuously striving to do our very best for all of our residents.
About the role
We’re seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join us on a high-impact transformation journey focused on Property and Facilities Management (FM) systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our services by bridging the gap between strategic vision and practical delivery. As a key member of the project team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to uncover business needs, define clear requirements, and guide the selection and implementation of innovative solutions. Your insights and analytical expertise will help us make informed decisions and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to scope the project and capture business needs, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined. You’ll support the evaluation of solution options, including system consolidation and build-versus-buy decisions, and contribute to benefits mapping and business case development. You’ll also lead consultation efforts with other councils to gather insights and benchmark best practices, while playing a vital part in delivering the implementation and change management plan—ensuring users are prepared, supported, and trained for success.
About the team
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team at the heart of a major transformation initiative. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, inclusivity, and flexibility—working alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver meaningful change.
Reporting directly to a seasoned Business Architect, you’ll have the support and structure to thrive while contributing to a high-impact project. Our team culture is built on openness, shared learning, and a commitment to shaping smarter, more efficient services.
About you
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working on transformation or systems projects. You’re good at communicating and working with different stakeholders to understand what they need.
It’s helpful if you’ve worked in the public sector or in property or FM. You understand capital asset management and property lifecycle processes, and you’re confident gathering requirements and writing functional specifications. You can work with finance and property teams to define reporting and forecasting needs, and you understand how housing and finance systems connect.
