About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the planning, delivery and reporting of transformation projects in Haringey, ensuring they meet critical success factors, comply with legal requirements, and achieve set targets within a large and complex stakeholder environment.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Implement high-quality project management across Haringey’s Change team
- Develop collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders, project sponsors and external partners.
- Work with the programme lead, project team and other key stakeholders to agree key deliverables, timescales, approvals pathways and develop and maintain project management artefacts.
- Undertake control practices including tracking project plans, risks, issues, change control, lessons learned, communications and engagement.
- Use innovative change methodologies
- Monitor and track the impact of change projects, and clearly articulate the benefits of change work.
About the Team
The Change Team is a newly-formed and ambitious team, delivering large-scale transformation projects in Haringey. As a Project Manager, you will report to the Programme Manager within the Change Team. The core drivers of the team include:
