Position: Personal Assistant to the Headteacher & Associate Headteacher

Salary:  PO2, Spinal Point 29, £41,442.00

Hours of work: Full time 36 hours– All year round – 08:00-16:00

Contract Term: Permanent

Closing Date: Thursday 26th May 2025

Interviews: Monday 30th June 2025

Start date :  September 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as the PA to the Headteacher and Associate Headteacher working in a large Secondary School.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working as a PA a, preferably having experience of working in a school environment, although not essential. Have excellent communication skills, and outstanding IT skills.

The key purpose of the role is to provide administrative and personal support to the Headteacher and Associate Headteacher, enabling the efficient running of the school and assisting the Headteacher in managing effectively the varied demands on their time.

To assist with the preparation, drafting and production of documentation for Governors and Board papers, working closely with its Clerk, as required.

Flexibility is required due to the nature of the role.
