Hours of work: Full time 36 hours– All year round – 08:00-16:00

Park View School is seeking an organized and efficient HR Manager to join our team. This is a stand-alone generalist role, with external support provided by the Local Borough. As such, candidates must be resilient, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of employment law and best practice, and who has the confidence to offer HR advice to staff at all levels across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Plan and coordinate all recruitment activities in partnership with senior managers.
- Employee Relations: Support senior managers with sickness management and disciplinary procedures.
- Payroll Liaison: Work closely with our externally managed payroll provider.
- HR Administration: Manage all HR-related correspondence and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably part or fully CIPD qualified.
- Experience using SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
