Position: Early Years Practitioner

Salary: Scale 5 – 6 (£31,524 – £35,448 pro rata) based on experience

Hours of work: 33 hours Term Time only

Contract Term: Fixed Term  ending 31st August 2028 

Closing Date: Tuesday 8th July 2025 12 noon

Interviews: Week Beginning 14th July  2025 

Start date : 1st September 2025

We are seeking a nurturing, motivated, and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years team, working within our dedicated 2-year-old provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and inclusive school community that places the wellbeing and development of its children at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Have experience working with young children, particularly in a nursery or early
years setting
• Be passionate about supporting children’s early learning and development in
a caring and stimulating environment
• Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to promoting high standards of care and education

You will be working as part of a well-established team, supporting our youngest learners through play-based learning, routines, and a strong focus on language development, emotional wellbeing, and early social skills.
