Position: Early Years Key Person

Salary: Scale 5 £31,524-£32,931 Per Annum Pro-rota

Contract type: Permanent –  35 hours a week, All year around. Bi-weekly Shift Rota (8-4pm or 10-6pm)

Closing Date: Tuesday 6th May 2025 (12:00pm)

Start date: Monday 1st September 2025

We are looking for a minimum Level 3 qualified member of staff who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering high standards of education and care for young children for the following posts.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

•       A passion and commitment to outstanding early years practice.
•       Experience of maintaining high standards of care for children at all times.
•       A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, in which every child is encouraged to flourish through supported interventions.
•       A commitment to continuing your own learning
•       A passion for being creative and motivated
