We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic individual to oversee the development of Park View’s behaviour interventions provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of the intervention processes and of the wider behaviour mentor team.
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to ensure the effective operation of the behaviour mentor team
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Extensive experience of supporting the safety and well-being of pupils
- Experience of co-ordinating and managing the restorative process to address pupils’ behaviour
- Experience of managing preventative and post-incident behaviour approaches to ensure successful outcomes for pupils
- Experience of upholding, and leading a team in upholding, whole school behaviour and reward policies
