Position: Admissions and Data Officer

Salary: Pay Scale 4 – 5 £16,547 – £17,847 

Hours of work: Part Time (21.0 hours per week)  – Term Time Only

Contract Term: Permanent

Closing Date: 28th November 2025

Interviews: 5th December 2025

Start date :  December 25/Jan 2026

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions and data officer to fulfil this key role in our busy office. Candidates should have excellent communication skills acting as the first point of contact with prospective families and offering supportive and constructive advice throughout the admission process. Building a rapport with prospective parents is a key part of the role. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as attention to detail is essential. A good working knowledge of management systems and Excel spreadsheets is also highly desirable.
