About the role

We have a range of roles available within our Social Work Team currently. 

We are looking for an individual to be a Social Work Duty Officer. This person will have the support of a Senior Social Worker and work alongside another colleague to respond to daily queries that come into our service by email and phone. They will need excellent risk assessment skills, good time management skills and be able to work in collaboration with others to coordinate response to crisis. 

Social Workers to sit within the Case Management Element of the team. This person will need good assessment and review skills and be able to build relationships.

The Haringey Learning Disability Partnership is a fast paced and vibrant multi-disciplinary team with a passion to achieve the best possible outcomes for the Learning Disabled residents of Haringey. 

The Social Work Team is part of diverse range of professionals within the Service. You will alongside health colleagues from various NHS Trust and Integrated Care Boards. 

We have a range of Social Work roles available within the team. Our Team has four main areas of function: 

Review 

Duty 

Case Management

Transition

About you

You must have a Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
