About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Haringey Adults Assessment Services: Safeguarding and Adult Care Management Team.

We are looking to recruit social workers to join our teams working adults residents and their carers.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking social workers to join us who are passionate about supporting people to achieve their outcomes in their local community. The expectation is that social workers are able to exercise the right level of judgement in assessing and managing risk, be able to work with individuals and their families in an outcome focused way using a Strength Based Approach. Utilising safeguarding processes and principle of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) are adhered to, ensuring our residents are safe from harm.

About you

You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills to a high standard, alongside being able to plan your workload in order to meet strict deadlines and work collaboratively with team members.

We are very supportive, and we have proficient systems in place to support new members of the team. You will be provided with a post qualification training, and have access to a learning and development platform with range of resources to support your CPD. You will also have access to social care forums for peer discussions with our Principal Social Worker.
