About the role:
You will be working across both the reward and the employment area, in particular to take the lead in ensuring that our reward and benefit offer is attractive and fit for purpose and to advise on more complex reward and employment cases. Undertaking research, analysis, and benchmarking across the sector to inform our HR policy and projects will be key, as will working closely with HR colleagues on transformation projects.
Focussing on transformation and change within the reward and employment area you’ll be required to deliver relevant training as well as meeting with stakeholders to forward plan and implement work changes as needed.
About the Team:
You will be part of a close-knit team of 5, with specialist HR skills in the area of reward, employment and policy. All team members work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of HR and with managers across the organisation, liaising with external organisations when needed.
You will be working alongside all 5 members of the team and will be an experienced HR professional, with reward and employment experience gained in the public sector. Excellent IT and communication skills are needed to produce and analyse data reports and briefing notes. Being able to work with minimum supervision, organising and prioritising a busy and diverse workload is essential.
