About the role

As part of a major service transformation, Haringey is seeking to recruit to a new number of new positions. This new operating model will unlock the benefits and efficiencies offered by a new Parking IT system, as well as providing adequate staffing resources to take the transformation programme forward, ensuring that the service continues to adapt to a fast-changing commercial, legislative, technological environment.

We are looking to recruit two Parking Process Investigation Team Leaders to be responsible for a team of staff involved in handling enquiries relating to parking enforcement and subsequent recovery actions from initial informal representations through to Enforcement Agency action.

About you

You will need to have a positive attitude to work, with the ability to build flexible teams that can respond positively to challenging environments. As well as experience of supervising and training of front line staff, handling and supervising large volume casework and working as part of team to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
