This is a new position which has been created to lead the strategic and operational development of the youth hub over the next 12 months, ensuring that the aspirations and desired outcomes of the multi-agency partnership for young people and the community are achieved and impactful.

You will develop and deliver upon a strategic plan with and for the partnership, ensuring that the youth hub is effectively meeting the diverse needs of young people in the local community with a strong emphasis on outcomes and impact.

The role will involve actively identifying and applying for new funding opportunities alongside partners which support the strategic vision and sustainability of the youth hub.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of the partnership which will involve verbal presentations and written reports to a range of stakeholders.

This role is joint funded by Haringey Youth Service and Haringey Regeneration for a fixed term period of 12 months.

Specific skills and experience are important to us, as is your attitude and your incredible passion and commitment to working collaboratively to make a positive difference in the lives of young people and communities.
