Salary: PO2 – £35,496 – £38,385 per annum + 30 days annual leave + bank holidays

About the role
As part of a major service transformation, Haringey is seeking to recruit to a new number of new positions. This new operating model will unlock the benefits and efficiencies offered by a new Parking IT system, as well as providing adequate staffing resources to take the transformation programme forward, ensuring that the service continues to adapt to a fast-changing commercial, legislative, technological environment.
We are looking to recruit a Parking Process Specialist to be responsible for handling complex representations and complaints regarding parking enforcement and to make recommendations for improvements to parking enforcement in its widest sense, including to the recovery of penalty charges notices issued to persistent evaders.
You will need experience in handling high volume casework preferably in a legal or quasi-legal environment, investigating and drafting responses to complex legal casework and using IT systems to improve processes to ensure high output and consistency and accuracy in the application.
