We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Maths Subject Lead to drive excellence in mathematics from Nursery to Year 6. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is committed to raising standards, supporting colleagues and fostering a love of maths.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead and develop the teaching and learning of mathematics across the whole primary age range (Nursery–Year 6)
Work across both the infant and junior schools to ensure a consistent and high-quality maths curriculum for all pupils
Monitor and evaluate standards, ensuring high-quality provision and outcomes
Support colleagues to deliver engaging and effective maths lessons
Work closely with senior leaders to implement the school’s vision for maths
Teach a Year 6 class in the first year, preparing pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and then in subsequent years, have the opportunity to teach across different year groups

Has the ability to inspire, lead, and support staff across multiple settings
