About Haringey
Haringey is one of 32 boroughs in London. We are a really diverse borough, and the council has set clear ambitious objectives to make Haringey a better place to live, encourage investment and create opportunities that all can share.
We have huge ambitions for Haringey. As the shape of local government continues to change, we’re determined to rise to the challenge and find new ways to ensure that our residents enjoy the best opportunities in life.
About the role
This is a great opportunity to work as a litigation lawyer in a busy Lexcel accredited in-house legal team conducting a range of challenging and interesting cases. The team undertakes a wide variety of litigation and advice, which includes, all housing & anti-social behaviour litigation, Judicial Review, all types of debt recovery, commercial litigation, leaseholder compliance, contract disputes and other miscellaneous litigation.
This is an exciting time to join a Lexcel accredited in-house legal team, which is delivering an efficient and high-quality legal service to enable the council to deliver its corporate priorities. We are looking for confident, motivated, resilient people with strong communication and influencing skills to be part of our excellent and friendly legal team.
