We have an exciting challenging vacancy for an experienced HR Information Systems Support Manager to join us on our transformation journey, managing our team, service and taking an active role in Haringey’s digital transformation.

About the Role

We have a fantastic HRIS team and need an enthusiastic, proactive HRIS Manager who will manage and transform our Service.

The service includes HR System support for multiple HR Systems including SAP, Talent Link, Access, LMS and HR Management Information service including insights. 

As part of this role, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Management of the provision of high-quality services.
  • Team management.
  • HR Process transformation through utilisation of all HR Systems, automation, integrations, and process efficiency.
  • Development of HR Management Information services
  • Establishing Service Level Agreements.
  • Working alongside teams within HR and across the Council to transform service delivery and increase digital utilisation for the Council.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HRIS professional with expert HR Systems and Management Information knowledge. Who has a passion for system/process efficiency and enjoys a challenge.

You should be a great team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who wants to join a fantastic, friendly, fun team.

In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of using SAP,
  • Experience of using Talent Link, Access, LMS (ideally).
  • Experience of developing Management Information Services
  • Proven experience in digital transformation to improve and streamline services
  • Management experience.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills
  • Previously worked in Local Government (ideally).
